framerate issue

Not sure if this is connection related or what. I've been seeing little bit of skipping every now and then. Little annoying. Private lobbies that a friend is hosted hardly any. Then this...

Hoping you guys can see the video. Not sure how many have experienced this. Seemed to happen just as a crap load of people left.

Oh good, I'm not the only one. I've been experiencing extreme, game breaking frame rate drops since last night. The game froze for a full 10 seconds I thought my console froze up. (Xbone)

 

Any idea what the cause is? I'd sure like to fix the issue. I logged on this morning, but had to quit. Game is unplayable in this state.
