Ghost man in GTA online?

I just got the xbone for christmas and like everyone else, couldn't find a lobby with anyone in it. After what seemed the 20th attempt at a lobby I got one with a few people in it. I went to drive around and a blacked out adder tried to run me off the road. He shot out my tires and when I got out to confront him, it was a completely black character, it wasn't an NPC just completely black. Whats odd is that there wasn't a nametag above either. After he looked at me, he vanished.

 

Anyone see anything like this?

Lies. Big fat lies. Doesn't Xone have a screen shot function? Also with the way Rstar made the snapmatic work in new gen you can take pics even if you couldn't before.

Until I see evidence I'm going to say this is fake. I know GTA is full of glitches and modders but this isn't like anything I've ever seen or heard and it just sounds too good to be true.

Without pictures this topic is pointless as your experience cannot be verified or any comparisons drawn.
