GTA online developer's oversight

If you watch your tv in GTA online and watch fame or shame you will see the contestants and one of them is Tracey de santa. This doesn't make sense because online is before GTA 5. And in gta 5's story Tracy goes on fame or shame and later promises to blow lazlo to get on the show let me know your thoughts below

It was probably done to pad out the content available online. Especially in the case of Meltdown, if they removed Meltdown you'd only have 2 movies to watch.
