Zentorno vs Turismo?

Recommended Posts

Just wanted to get some opinions on these two cars. I busted my rear end earning the 725,000 required to purchase the zentorno and I regret it. I love the car itself, it performs great and I like the way it looks (although the design is a little over the top with all the sharp angles and what not.) But what I dislike about it is how everyone owns one. I can't join missions without seeing at least two of them. I guess I can't say I really blame people since it's a great car but it loses a lot of shock/novelty value when everyone owns one. I don't mind if people have the same car as me but when a car gets as popular as the zentorno right now I'm willing to sacrifice a little for individuality. I thought the turismo would be a good choice to replace my zentorno (or at least I could use it just for missions/free roam and use the zentorno for racing) so feel free give your input on each of the cars. Thanks!

If you dont care about the price and you dont j7st want to paint it in an unique way so it stands out more and deal with the fact most people have it....and price is not a problem i woud rather advice you to buy the entity

Turismo can get stuck on curbs more easely, is more prone to cosmetic damage and is a little tad better performance wize

Zentorno obviously is superior and popular for that reason, but if u want a turismo, then go for it!

I have a pure gold fully upgraded zentorno that i rarely use, my go to cars are the ruiner and the original blista. f*ck what everyone else thinks is cool, i drive what i like, weather its fast or not.

Keep in mind that this coding is for stock versions. The driver's skill and a fully modded car are not factored in.

I beat a Jester and a modded Feltzer in my little Sultan RS, which is fully tuned to the max. The idiot in the Feltzer tried to ram me off the road, but ended up wrecking himself as he does not understand how AWD cars work.

Most I can say is get a Shark card, buy both and try them out for awhile and see how they suit you, and then sell off the other if you don't like it.

As a Zentorno owner who prefers to have rarer cars or at least something unique, I say keep it. My black and red Zentorno is My least original car I own but it's simply the best for races and when I need to protect (or attack) in free roam. I'd say use the other garage slots for unique cheaper cars.

After getting my first character up over 150 and had all those expensive cars already, I started my second character and bought the infernus cause it looks cool and not many people drive it in missions and free roam.

Before paying a lot for a car or paint job combinations, I'll see if I can get it in SP and see what I can customize on it for free before spending my online money on it.

There are no cars in GTAO that are "rare" enough to have any shock/novelty value to people unless you're in a lobby with very new players. Just drive what you like and screw what anyone else thinks LOL. With that being said, I own both fully modded super cars you mentioned and if I could only pick 1 to own it would be the Zentorno.

ADropInTheOcean

Turismo for artistic-level design, great top speed and excellent handling. Zentorno for futuristic-level design, great handling and excellent top speed.

Own both, love both. I use the Turismo R more often in free mode, while I use the Zentorno more often in races.

RichiesTrucking

Buy Turismo to get better handling. Buy Zentorno to get better speed.

I picked Turismo.

turismo for better handling? seriously??? the zentorno is the best handling car in the supercar range although the turismo is argueably the best looking one. but what does that matter when the cops are on your tail? handling is where you gain an advantage and the zentorno wins

If you do racing, then get a poopy zentorno. It's acceleration is way to great to pass up and makes it a superb vehicle to use.

If not racing, then get the turismo. A bit better looking, more fun to drive. It has good stats but nothing to make it stand out from the others.

Very little in it in ultimate lap times. There are some tracks where it's impossible for a Zentorno to beat a Turismos best lap but those are not common tracks. Most of the time the Zentorno will be slightly faster but you are talking very small fractions of a second. They are certainly the two fastest race cars in the game no doubt there but here's the thing. In a race situation ocassionaly the Turismo will wipe out BADLY on a bump or kerb and send you 50 feet in the air that's rare but it will happen once in a while. The other thing is the Turismo is much lighter and much more likely to be rammed during a race.

If I was only racing non contact I'd prefer the Turismo as it's my favourite to drive and I'm generally faster in it than in the Zentorno (very close though). As it is if I'm racing an unknown race I'll take the Zentorno, if it's a track I'm hosting and been practicing on with a purpose to win, then I'll take the Turismo as chances are I'll be in front from the start and then sheer lap speed is all you need and the Turismo can handle that. Anyway I have both, why not have both :). Just remember off road tyres and full or near full ride height for the Turismo, it really needs that stuff to match the Zentorno on off roads.

The Entity is not too bad either, it doesn't have the raw speed of the Turismo but really the best in jumping races and only like half a second or so slower on most tracks + can handle being rammed.

Under my Main user ID I own all 4 of the top tier Supers all of them fully modded 100%

I like the Turismo, it has great acceleration and gets off the corner fast......But due to its lighter weight and be a bitch at times and hanging up up curbs can be a pain and it damages a lot more easily .....gaining altitude needed for the jumps in some races is easier achieved in a Tursimo

The Zentorno also has great acceleration and gets off the corner fast..........I like this car the best IF i am racing a map that has both a lot of corners and long straights ....This car shines on this type of track..........The down side is the price is only 45k less than the Entity
