Gta 5 Xbox one Accepting game invites issue

So its pretty damn simple, why does xbox one fail so many times to let me just accept a game invite and play with some friends on gta 5. Ive never ever had an issue like this on Xbox 360. Is it because xbox one is a piece of garbage? or is it because of the terrible servers from rockstar for gta 5? or is it a mix of both? this really pisses me off so please someone answer my question
