So the Sandkinds, Patriot, Duneloader and Liberator (also Marshall for PS4) does not count as large grid?

 

R* should just get rid of the large grid thing and move the vans class into medium grid. Cause I'm pretty sure Liberator >>> Boxville in size.

Large grids are still useful if you want to have the starting positions spaced out further, so I hope they don't get rid of them. If you want to use for example Vans in a medium grid or Pantos in a small grid, or even Liberators in small grids there are still work-arounds you can use to allow those vehicles.

 

Simply save your race after placing down the grid you wanted and all your checkpoints where you wanted them. Go to Race Details, and it should allow you to change to any grid size you want there. It will still stay the same as the one you originally placed down however. This allows you to go into Available Vehicles and select any class you want to be available on your original grid size. Save your race again, and you have your desired vehicle in your desired grid size.

 

Just bear in mind that if the grid size is too cramped, it's more likely to cause incidents at the beginning of a race, and thus may cause people to enjoy your track less. So scaling down the grid like that should only be done when you feel it's absolutely necessary.
