its just an NPC modified vehicle

a lot of various NPC modified vehicles can spawn at LSC

this does not warrant its own thread

I dont have pics, but have seen it. One spawns with a maroon and orange paint job, and another with a chrome paint job. Found it in single player tho, never seen it online
