yes you can. you should consult other threads (using the search tool) or the help & support section for less asshole-ish answers

BUT any cash obtained with cash cards will not transfer (unless you transfer from PS3 to PS4 or XB360 to XBone)

Yes you can, but It's a one time transfer per character on consoles. If you're getting the PC version in the near future, you will be able to transfer your character once more to the PC platform as stated by R*.

It always saddens me when someone goes straight to asking other people on forums the question instead of using Google and then them also getting a proper answer. Seriously OP, get your head out of your ass and try to search for yourself before you annoy other people on forums with your dumb posts. If everyone starts making posts like yours the mods will have 2 options: 1). Shut down the forum due to the immense amount of sh*t posts or 2). Hire a group of people to clean the forums of useless topics like this one.
