Park Ranger SUV: Rare Online?

Hello everyone, I stumbled upon a Park Ranger Sheriff's SUV online over in Raton Canyon, but I couldn't find it when I went to look for it again. Is it a rare vehicle online?

I think it's quite uncommon, but it might all depend on whether you're in a closed or crowded public session.

Alright. It's the first time I think I've seen it on the PS4.

Is not rare, at around 6am or 12pm we can see some rangers patrolling the area with Park Ranger.

It spawns during certain times of the day, so no it's not rare to see it in the Canyon. However, we can't store them anymore since that d*mned patch 1.06.

Yeah, I just saw another one, and tried to drive it into LSC to find the message, "Cop vehicles cannot be modified." But whhyyyy??!!!!!
