Could be old gen with mods.It's clearly next gen, look at the mini map and FPV. I don't stand a chance with modding. Also that's where the shark spawns in SP. So my guess is as one of the players was with a shark in SP they switched to online putting it in the session with everyone. Welp, I just checked this out on PS4 and .... all I could find in the same spot as OP's shark is a big clump of seaweed!

If this is indeed real, its likely a spawn glitch. The shark couldn't really attack you due to its attack animation being scripted, similar to a cut scene. It also appears that it doesn't see you as a threat, as there would be a red blip on your radar. Likely just a glitch.

No, because I use plugin that always makes it HD. I was referring to the shakiness but now I get it.

It's the same thing as when police Crown Vics spawns at Legion Square when they are not even in Online. Just spawn glitchs, it can easily happen. Sharks are right there in the codes, a little bug can make them spawn, but since they are not supposed to be there, they don't have any AI, they just "stand" there.
