How R* basically chose to not give a f*ck about those who have put the most hours into the game by constantly giving stuff to the low levels who have just started, how can i work my way up to level 100, go get an RPG, only to be met by level 7's who have something thats MORE effective

 

this is probably my biggest gripe, i never pictured R* to be the kind of company who didnt worry about all of their gamers, probably coz ive gotten so used to liking their games that i feel like they will never do wrong

All over a Rocket Launcher, thats what is seperating a lvl 100 vs a lvl 7. Having a more effective RPG? Wow, just wow...I gotta stay out of these threads.

 

There are plenty of benefits/unlocks for higher levels other than a RPG, but hey if thats what you needed to have a one up on a newbie than you must have other issues also.

I'm with gengas on this one. Day one players started with a pistol and a smile and had to unlock all good weapons by playing the game. Now the newbies come in and straight away they can have assault rifles, proximity mines, homing launcher etc. how would you like it if in real life you go to work for a 40hr week to get paid £300 and some c*nt walks in an hour before you finish for the week and the boss hands him £250? Yeah you still have a little extra but you had to EARN it while he was handed it without having to put in any effort at all. Their terrible logic that makes them think that it's acceptable to remove a Bee Gee's track and give us bullsh*t like Maroon 5 - Moves Like Jagger and Mike Posner - Cooler than Me.

 

They advertise a whole bunch of nice things in the trailers like the spoilerless Phoenix and then remove it before they actually launch the game. Now to get the spoiler off of the Phoenix you have to do this glitch that removes both your side windows, leaving you open to getting your head blown off by some trigger happy twat.

I hate how GTA:O is so casual player friendly. Every mode has atleast one thing that s there to help terrible players win. Its really rediculous.

 

Deathmatches have Owned weapons allowing people to spam Assult Shotguns, Combat MG's, and Explosives.

 

Races have simplified driving physics, catch-up, and slip stream.

 

Free mode has radar icons for players using tanks, helis, and planes. They also never rank lock any of these DLC weapons. Now you can get a homing RPG at rank 1, but a dubsta 6x6 is locked until rank 100?

The way NPC traffic glitches/panics and bulldozes everything in their path. I almost threw my damned controlled the other day when I was run over and killed as last man standing during a long mission by an NPC that was spooked by enemy gun fire... And I was on the f*cking grass.

Well it's a thread for the things people hate about the game and he is talking about a valid reason to feel the way he does. So yeah clearly you are in the wrong thread if all you are going to do is tell people they aren't entitled to say they don't like something.

I LOVE this game but the one thing that gets my goat is the lack of immersion due to little things. Mainly, the lack of a refined social element. We can invite people to our apartment but all they can do while in there is stand about and drink pixelwhiskey and green juice whilst making generic gestures indicating 'emotions'. I would love a more fleshed out interaction scheme which might actually result in more friendly lobbies.

 

One more thing now that we're on the topic of immersion: WHY CAN'T I SIT DOWN ROCKSTAR? Oh yes I can sit on my couch to watch tv but why won't you allow me to sit on any of those benches I see outside? Why can't I sit down on a low wall whilst in passive mode, smoking a cigarette and watching all the carnage around me? Why can't I take a breather during a nature hike by sitting down on a boulder watching the sunset?

The homing friggin launcher is OP, seriously what about a well placed rpg or sniper shot to pilots head. Even locks on to ground vehicles

srsly what a joke , i admit its probably good against jets which is needed but blowing some dudes frogger for flyin to close to you is sh*t, as soon as you here that lock the only decision is wether to bail or go down with the ship because the missile aint gonna miss
