Interaction Menu Bug Has Been Fixed?!

So, I just logged into GTA online & tried to access my interaction menu & Voila! It came up & I'm not dropping frames! This is on PS3. Has anyone else that was infected been cured or am I the only one?!

I have experienced the same bug on Xbox 360 and on Xbox One. Very annoying when you need to turn passive mode on or off in a emergency situation.

have you done anything differently lately

Change any settings

Buy A specific item/equip a specific item

What was the last mission you did before it started working again

Have you deleted/reinstalled any dlc or clear your catch lately

What was the issue? I never noticed one.

if you buy some of the free christmas masks, your inventory menu became bugged and when activated, it would not pop up and your frame rate dropped

No, I really don't remember doing anything in particular. I haven't played any missions or DMs since the bug appeared. All I remember doing was changing my outfit a couple times. I figured it was a hot patch. Sorry for the glimmer of hope folks! I'm just glad this sh*t is over for me. Then again, it may just be a fluke & when I restart my console it just may show back up. I'll keep the OP updated!

Never experienced it myself (and I have all the Christmas Masks).

 

I would like this (game-breaking really) Bug to be remembered since it is acknowledged by both the community and R* as existing, yet does not effect everyone...This forum and even the R* support forum seem to be populated with plenty of people that consider there to be no problems unless they are experiencing them, themselves.

Did You All Buy the Digital or the Physical Copy ?

 

Physical copy here on PS4. Menu is broken. Uninstalling the game and patches didn't fix it.

 

Still works for me. I put my glasses on, put on that stocking mask, set a few waypoints, and ordered my personal vehicle all through the menu without a problem. What exactly is the bug? I'm on PS4 by the way.

 

When you hold the touchpad to open up the interaction menu it doesn't open up and the frame rate drops in half, you lag all over the place. The only way to fix the frame rate is to kill yourself, but if you try and open up the menu again it still doesn't work and drops the frame rate again..

If you try to pull up your interaction menu and start lagging, walk into a gang attack, the menu will then open, I was finally able to change my chat options from no one back to crew that way...

Yeah, that is the least of my uses with it though.

Can't eat snacks or anything without it...

Mines still screwed too. Ive tried everything to fix it. Strangely my kill ratio has improved since being forced to fight without armor lol Probably just due to all the xmas noobs haha

How long did you have the problem for?

 

Did you buy all the festive masks?
