i was just on top of a parking garage in my vacca doing burnouts and stuff, and i noticed that when my back wheels were in the parking spaces, they only turned when i did a burnout and dident smoke or anything, but when i put my back wheels on the normal road part of the parking garage they smoked and stuff. so yeah i guess the parking spaces are more slippery for some reason.

That's because rubber acts differently on painted surfaces. Its the same thing while turning in a parking lot your tires will squeal when they hit the painted lines.
