Jeff= possible DLC character

Does anyone have any real evidence to say that Jeff and Steve Haines have the same voice actor? You know, an actual source; like a casting list or an interview. If not, the most that we can safely assume is that by coincidence R* found two people that sound strangely similar.

 

If someone does have some evidence, then I am gonna jump ahead and change my thinking based upon what's being spat out by some later users on this thread.

 

From an aesthetic point of view you need to look at both modes: story and online. We all know that Steve Haines was a colossal dickhead in the story mode, so maybe R* used a similar voice so that we couldn't relate it to Jeff *maybe* being the exact same. In this case the rival idea in a single player update sounds really logical. To think that the story would be around Lester (an unlikely character if you can get the reference) is quite the change, but it would need to be focused on actual logic.

 

If we talk about a sequel kinda DLC, we need to assume that Jeff is alive at this point. The best idea I can come up with is the story going into the Lamar and Franklin situation because we know by both of the endings they are still alive. Michael and Trevor are out of the picture because there is still that special speculation as to which ending is canon.
