They never left... ?

 

EDIT: But I've noticed that there are almost always stars next to those star spangled banner horns... signifying that they are "new"

I had the same issue. I never knew they existed until like two months ago, when they suddenly appeared in the horn options.

They have been back on new gen the entire time.

 

I just wish they would bring the red/white/blue tire smoke back.

My Voodoo is rare as f*ck because of that smoke.
