Flying directly above and rocking forward and backward to get your kill works as well. Also if you know a missile is coming at you fly straight at it you can sometime get away without a hit. Other than that troll players with low levels or ones that are broke! I think that stinger is a bit too overpowered! P.s. OG Loc67 Posted December 31, 2014 Author Share Posted December 31, 2014 I'm great at the buzzard I used to be able to take on crews of 5-8 guys for a while cuz u didn't have to worry about being locked on unless it was from a buzzard and I'll take on an easy dogfight anyday but now it is almost impossible to do so on more than one person and your lucky if u can kill the same guy over and over if he had the missile. It's simple: if you can hit your target with rockets without a co-pilot, horning launcher is no danger for you. Do it fast, do it clean. Moving targets are safer targets in this way. I try not to be a bad guy but I get all giddy when I send 3-4 people crashing to there death. 1. Stay forward and close to the target and strafe left or right to dodge the missile. Try to make the missile do a 180 degree turn, don't try to outrun it. 2. Use buildings and any other cover to stop the lock in the first place or make them waste the missiles (they're expensive and they can only carry so much). It's harder but it's still doable and yes I know I'm not the best stinger missile slinger out there but most people aren't either. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
