MarkGTAV Posted January 2, 2015 Share Posted January 2, 2015 (edited) The key to this is driving west along the straight road you see in the video. This triggers the spawn of the car which will come out of the junction on your left. Don't waste your time cruising the Vinewood Hills. There is only 1 spawn point in this area and to activate it you must drive west along that road I mentioned. If you already have a Gold/Chrome Dubsta2 sometimes another will spawn outside LSC.
