HELP: Where can I find the gang version of the peyote in Free Mode?

Been trying to make that 13k for awhile but I can't seem to find it.

 

Is there a spot or area I can find one?

Drive a stolen or PV peyote there and it should spawn

 

It looks like this (the red one) but the colour varies on the gang (mine is the unaffiliated one)

Here is a pic of all of the unaffiliated gang cars I transferred from LG to NG (they spawn in NG but are very rare since they spawn in location 3 ONLY)

the ballas are the second easiest

the families are the hardest to spawn

I just started doing this with my 3rd garage, and I keep getting the unaffiliated cars to spawn... just drove a random peyote from vinewood hills down to the scrap yard.

Stored the maroon one and been farming with much success.

What console are you on? If it's new gen, and money is what you're after, the gang peyote is chump change. It's still the best money maker on last gen, though.

Based on the map provided above I've had the best luck (about 90%) success rate with the vagos cars spawning between hours 11pm-2am And as many as 3-4 cars may spawn. The Ballas cars are harder and I've only nabbed their car twice. Still haven't noticed any unaffiliated or Families' rides.

Yeah if you're on xbone/ps4 you should be getting dubsta 2's, easier to spawn and double money.

The families cars are the easiest to find as they ALWAYS spawn, infinitely, between 22:00 and 03:59, driving up around that bend as marked on the map.

 

Just drive (not too fast) from the Ballas end/Grove Street, up north-west towards the Families end, and they just keep spawning every time you take that route. You should see them spawn up ahead just as you're approaching the gas station that's on your right.

 

But if you're on PS4/XBO, I wouldn't bother with them anymore as there's better alternatives.

OP please note they rarely spawn if there is the red circle for a gang war anywhere near by. If so go into red circle. Fire off a few rounds and when the gangs start to spawn drive away. The red circle will disappear and you are free to try and get the gang cars to spawn again.

I found when you drive towards the garage as you have said there is a billboard high up on your right halfway up the street. If you drive slowly til you pass that billboard then floor it I find it helps them spawn nearly everytime up at the families end unless the red circle gangwar is anywhere close. Mainly nighttime also btw.

Im on xbox 360 and the Gang Peyotes at the scrap yard are getting harder and harder to spawn, It feels like there has been some changes to spawns for this with the xmas download.

 

I have the garage their and have filled it and sold all (apart for one to spawn the right car) many times but its just not working like it use to.
