Personally an In-Game Benchmark System would benefit me a lot. It would make testing the game much easier and quicker than using e.g. Geforce Shadowplay to see if your FPS is good. Rockstar should really have a feature such as this in GTA V on PC, especially because it will be a demanding game.

Probably, as the IV one relied on just a prerecorded Video Editor clip.

If R* implemented a benchmark system in gta iv i'm sure they will atleast attempt to do it in gta v. Although I am losing hope when it comes to R*. Getting the feeling they are not going to do anything for PC if they do not have to.

sorry for the ignorance, what is a in game benchamark system?? (I know what a benchamrk is and I have played GTA4 but still dont know what youre referring to)

It is like the GTA IV thing where you can go into your settings in the game and see what your FPS is on different settings. In-Game meaning you do not have to use programs outside the game.

What do you guys think the Benchmark System will look like. A AI driving a car or a character walking down the street? MaGnEz what GPU do you have, if you don't mind me asking?

Probably a street full of cars and peds from various perspectives, maybe with one or another random event like an explosion or a crash.

That is a sweet ass card. I have a GTX 770, so that is like the GTX 680. 40-60fps you say, that is about right. If i don't hit atleast 45fps on max i will settle down with 30fps locked. This is why i like benchmarks to be in game, enables you to test your rig easily.

Edit:

Although there are other ways such as Shadowplay.

Do you guys think a i7-3770K 4.2Ghz would be okay to run Gta v on MAX settings plus a gtx 770 for gpu.

Yes, most probably.. considering the game is well optimized..

Btw, You don't need to spam all the topics with the same question.. :p
