Yeha that pisses me off too! The female chars have stockings but can't be worn with shorts (if you want the char to look tacky) or anything else WTF? I see npcs with stockings and backpacks and buttloads of other things I want for my char. What if I want my chars to be remakes of Ellie and Joel? I need backpacks damnit!

it's even weirder we can't pair panties / stocking or leggings to a skirt . but stockings can only paired with any dress
