Is it still possible to upload a custom image to the Social Club?

I was just wondering because with all of the updates it's hard to tell. Also, the last time I saw someone mention this, the CG game was in 1.17.

 

The emblem creator can be really frustrating at times and it's just so much easier to be able to edit an image in gimp and just add some text and have a much better product at the end of the day then to fiddle with the creator just to realise that that the emblem looks wierd in-game, or the lettering is too small, then you have to go back to the creator and move 20+ individual pieces.

Nope dont think so. If you look around youll find someone who can do it for a small fee.

It's possible, but complicated. And will also get you in trouble.
