There is a bug/glitch when collecting the special boxes ?

Today I went to collect the second time box, because for some reason I lost the first shirt... The box was released in Raton Canyon, near the Alamo Sea.

 

When I picked up the box I escape the police by water and to my surprise my character not swam, he walked under the water and it was possible to shoot and breathe.

 

I switched session but the problem still persists. Which can be?

 

I'm playing on ps3 and using heavy team costume.

I took some pictures underwather, there is some risk to keep these pictures on snapmatic ?

Its the walk underwater glitch which can happen when you hit the water at a fast speed.
