At this rate, I might be able to get home from my vacation, and redeem the Stocking Mask on GTA V with the delay.

No PS3 has been down for the last two days. At least for most people.

 

No it hasn't. Me and most of the people on my friends list have been on for the past couple days. If anything, for most people, PSN for the PS3 is up. I think you might just be an isolated case there buddy
