iTechGuy668
Sorry for a pc help post but I'm still new to owning a gaming laptop. My computer came with Dual Nvidia GeForce 860m (2x2gb) I was expecting that i'd have two graphics cards working at once for high performance and 4gb of video memory. When I checked to see if I could run COD AW it told me I have 2gb of Video ram instead of the recommended 4gb, Do I need to enable it or can someone explain DUAL graphics cards? Thanks, Happy Holidays! BTW: I don't know if I have this in the correct area, if I don't please move it. thanks Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/757192-dual-graphics-card-help/ Share on other sites
yoječ
VRAM doesn't add up because both cards have their own memory, which can't be accessed by the other chip. In other words, each GPU can only make use of 2GBs of VRAM. That's how it should be - effectively you still have 2GBs of VRAM.
