SA WIP GTA San Andreas Rewind

@GroveStGTAV I guess the bigest motivation for us is accuracy. The whole aim for us to Rewind is to deliver something that whenever you load up you feel like you're back in 2004, however instead of playing the same old cut and butchered game(or an abandoned color correction project) you managed to get your hands on an early access that has been sent out to a pre-release magazine.

 

As always we are thankful for 6 amazing years of support from you and the rest of the community. However you can imagine work has been limited by our own time and motivation not to mention that almost the whole mod has been done and then re-done from scratch as more and more things have been discovered along the way. I've touched on this a year or two back when I've doccumented on how I managed to recreate the LVA with almost 1:1 accuracy from occlusion zones and other leftovers found within the game files. For this reason and countless others we are certain that you will always have something new that you might not have know about, not only to drive or explore but countless new missions that play out completely differently and side activites for you to find and take part in from the moment you start a new game in Rewind up until the very end of the line and beyond.

According to the unused Race Tournament Map it might have been something like that or similar, at some point. Though there were many other changes in that region.

Makes sense and it shouldn't be to difficult to remove smoke from the mission.

 

Also, I think Ryder was not seen in Green Sabre (CJ is only shocked when he spots Big Smoke, he doesn't care about Ryder and only calls out Smoke). Ryder was probably revealed as a bad guy in Photo Opportunity.

 

Green Sabre Ryder (cutscene) could just be replaced by a random GroveStreet Member so the "What the f*) of CJ still makes sense.

Because progress is expected to be finalized and will never be finished anyway... more than seven years wasted and no downloads or author information.

I can't help you there. This is the only option you have before Rewind comes out. Don't rush it.
