What does "EC" mean?

 

I connected ps3 controller to my galaxy s4 and all the controls are same like touch controls. Only you are playing with physical controller but It feel comfortable and easy then on screen touch controls. Also four buttons are mapped wrong. X button is mapped for square and vice versa. cirlce button is mapped for triangle and vice versa.

 

In helicopter, you need to change position(face) with L2 and R2. Fire misdiles with triangle button and fire minigun with R1 button. Side missions are triggered by R1 button.

I enjoyed it. It makes controlling easy.

Exclusive Color (EC) ////////// Unique Color (UC)

 

Both mean the exact same thing. Just like Comprehensive Proof (CP) and All Proof (AP).

 

It appears that half of the Special Vehicle community says one thing and then the other half says another, but at the end of the day, it all means the same thing. I don't like CP for Comprehensive Proof cuz it interferes with CP (Crash Proof or Collision Proof) or as I like to call it DP (Damage Proof). Again, it all means the same damn thing. We really should have a universal legend that everyone sticks to cuz it gets annoying how one person calls it this way and another person calls it another way, etc...

 

I even remember like 7-8 years ago people were calling CP or AP Vehicles, EP. EP = Everything Proof. But obviously EP causes confusion with the more obvious EP, Explosion Proof.

 

Uh....f*ck that, then. LOL....I am used to X for Gas and Square for Braking or Reverse. I guess afterall, it's just as easy to use the Touch Screens. The whole reason I'd want the Controller for the Phone is having the SAME feeling as if I were playing it on my BC PS3 with the PS2 disc, but apparently that won't happen...

oh and there is also UC2 stated as Unique Secoundary Color you can call it EC2 lol but im more used to UC2 but still like EC its seems crazy.

But well, its secoundary car color, such as Stripe on Banshee, Savanna Seats etc etc, in some cars you cannot see UC2 colors for example... Bravura how people knows that car have UC2 if its car such as Bravura?

Easy, they import save to save editor and check paint applied to a car, if its unique its listened as UC2 since you cannot get that color in game.

The Russian guys say FI, along with others like fnxrak, OrionSR, etc. Usually when I want to see something crazy, I type in FI to Youtube to find the more difficult method done. The Russians always pull it off...

 

The Bravura is AP/EC2. It's invisible. It's all documented in the Unique Colors Vehicle Topic...

 

Did you see if you can get the EC Mutant BF-400? The Save is posted on the previous page...

What is not working, exactly? You get the cutscene too early before you get to Transfender? That is the problem I had, but if you are quicker, you can get it to work...But this is why it's hard on Mobile cuz being quick is quite the challenge with the Touch Screen Controls at times...

No, when i select paint now, it dont do anything, aswell for wheels, but when i pick nitro, game crashes so yeah,

I know, but i was just courious about what i do AFTER i pick color and wheels becouse when i did wheels and color it dont do anything so i picked intro and it crashed game anyway

Well, you only can pick the Color and Wheels AFTER you get the cutscene later on during the Rail Shooter Chase, when you're on the back of the BF-400. If you pick the options BEFORE that cutscene, it won't work...

I wonder if the Phone can be shut down in order to obtain the AP ZR-350, AP Washington, AP Broadway, and AP/EC Picador in "Photo Opportunity." These are all unobtainable, but I wonder if on Mobile they can be obtained...

Yeah, my bad. I am very bad with doing that. In my head, I know it's EC2. But when I type it and write it out, I just put EC, cuz after all EC or EC2 is still a Exclusive/Unique Color for the Vehicle, somewhere on it! Whether it's invisible or not, etc...But yes, technically the Picador is EC2. It's the same exact Picador that is parked at Ryder's House from the beginning of the game. You can take this and make it EP/FP/EC2 like fnxrak did in the 2012 Game Save he did on PC. I was thinking about it, but in the Starter Save I used from khsh97, he had tons of the RARE Vehicles, so I just kept these and converted a bunch to EP/FP. I added my own, and took away some of his to make it the exact ones I want, like the Turismo, Bullet, Euros, Phoenix, Hotknife, Sandking, Sea Sparrow, NRG-500, Banshee, Cheetah, and Freeway. All these I converted to EP/FP and I also made the EC Mutant BF-400 EP/FP, as well. 12 total Vehicles...

Meybe if you combine it with method of obtaining the AP Savanna to force mission to fail, and do some testing to freeze game in that moment?

AP Savanna doesn't need to shut down the Phone. It's obtainable like how it is on every Version of SA. You just put a Bomb in it from the Bomb Shop and drive it to Angel Pine. Keep the camera on it while the Mission fails, then use a Tanker to push it back to Doherty.

 

It's not very hard on PS2/3. On Mobile, it's probably tedious, though. As for the others in Photo Opportunity, I am not sure what you mean by using "both" methods. The only way to get those others is closing the phone down at a certain point in the Mission more than likely....If it's possible, that is.

Since I play SA on a BC PS3, the file format won't help a lot of you guys out, but I am thinking about uploading my PS2 SA 100% Save File to the forum, which contains the 46 Special Vehicles I have for the PS2 Version.

 

I sent the Save File to Douglas to extract and send me photos of all my Garages and Special Vehicles. Once he sends me the Photos, I can make an upload if you guys want to see? Or I can just post the pictures in this topic to see where I stored it all...

The Mothership from Are you going to San Fierro? , the AP sentinel from Mountain Cloud Boys, and a couple more I can't remember.

Can the AP Bravura be obtained in PC? I've tried to get it but so far the wreck never moves, not even with sawn-off shotgun blasts or anything like that

yes. you need to wait till the mission is over and then shoot it to verdant bluffs garage

Yeah, the Bravura is very easy to get. Good "intro" Vehicle to sawn-off shotgunning back to a Garage. Cuz the next one is quite tricky, the FCR-900 from T-Bone Mendez in San Fierro. Also the AP Greenwood from End of the Line. Although, strangely enough, I find the AP/EC Newsvan the easiest out of the all to get, but the AP/EC2 Bravura is probably on the same level as that. I only hate the AP FCR-900 and AP Greenwood.

Any news on the AP cars from High Stakes, Low Rider? That AP Remington and Majestic sound very interesting

Nah. It crashes/freezes the game when it happens. They are still unobtainable I guess.

Supposedly a friend of mine who was supposed to record how to get them obtained the AP Savanna by impounding it and killing himself....No idea. He never showed a Video and I doubt it even happened. Cuz everyone else says it freezes and crashes the Game when you try.

You can get an AP Savanna on Photo Opportunity, and AFAIK the Savanna is the only vehicle that causes crashes, freezes, and blackouts, so maybe the others can be obtained with that method? I wish I could test it, but I can't, computer broke down

 

Can't the PO AP Cars be obtained with the Phone Shutdown method that allows the AP Sultan to be obtained?

Yeah, the one in Photo Opportunity is the way to go. It's easy to get, as well. Tedious, and a bit time consuming, but still easy...

 

The thing is, you can temporarily obtain the AP Majestic and AP Remington, etc. I believe one of the Grove Street Homies can pull someone out of one of those AP Vehicles and you can drive it around, but not permanently keep it. I am not sure, tbh...

 

Nobody has tried. It might be possible to do the Phone Shutdown Method on Mobile to get them in Photo Opportunity. If that's the case and it is possible, I will do SA again and get them!
