X1 Looking for Dubsta 2 Spawns

Title says it all. Looking for someone to help me out. Just trying to get one to start with so I can make others spawn. Gotta get some $ for a third garage and then I'm gonna stockpile it and make some $ towards new cars. Gt: Fox2quick

My understanding was this vehicle doesn't spawn or otherwise appear naturally in online.

 

I have one (on PS4) but I got it back on PS3 when someone duped it for me, and the original was one glitched into online from story mode. My understanding is this is the only way. Or was at the time, maybe it's changed, I hope so for your sake. Good luck!

Video showing spawn location of the Dubster 2 on X1 and PS4. Sometimes you have to wait a while but it does spawn online there
