Anyone else excited about 3 properties now?

The 3rd garage is great, I was overjoyed the second I went to the closest apartment to find I could buy a 3rd! Bought one and bought all 4 DLC cars...

 

The only issue I have is the Turbo I took off 20 cars adds up to over $500k, which is totally BS we have to replace them with our own money!

I'm stoked. Have a house in Vinewood, a city penthouse in Del Perro, and a house in Paleto. It's a good setup. Now with a bit more space I might have to get a Merryweather jeep.

 

Waiting on the Kuruma. At least one, maybe two.

Do it. You can spend a few minutes every couple of days filling it with Ballers, Oracles, F620s, gang cars etc and sell them every 48 mins/ every time you log on, before going on a mission/dm/race money-making spree.

Own Richard and Tinsel right now, but I hope Heists will introduce some villa's with 10 car garage. It would be nice if it's somewhere outside downtown.

I gotta say its nice that this option was added and i knew it would but at the same time when you got two characters who i use just equally as much, 60 garage slots is a bit overwhelming like it feels like TOO MUCH lol. And because of this option, i gonna probably end up blowing a couple mil on cars & upgrades.

Tinsel 45, RM 4, Alta 10. Took a few hours to add 10 more cars and actually sort the garages in a strategic manner. Switched from Weazel to Tinsel in order to have a garage closer to both the Dubsta spawn and LSC.

 

That's exactly what I do. I've been at Tinsel for a while now.

10 car garage that is the closest to the LSC near the airport. I bought it just last night.

 

The garage near LSC is currently empty and will probably remain that way for some time because I'm pretty much set with vehicles for now between Tinsel Towers and Weazel Plaza.

Before this I was at Del Poro and Eclipse Towers. Had the high life versions. Got sick of Del Poro and being close to Eclipse so I moved to Paleto. Thanks to this update I can finally move back to Del Poro. Had a garage but I like apartments better.

Whatever you do make sure you buy them ASAP. Apparently there's a strand of code which allows R* to disable anyone buying a third garage.

I do wish that people wouldn't Chinese whisper things they don't understand. Having a value in a file is no different to Alan Rockstar going to his graduate code monkey and saying "Remove all but 1 of everyone's properties. Do it now, boy!"

 

None of us know what that value is there for, and whilst it *may* be suggestive of a cut-off point for the 3rd property, it is equally as suggestive of the fact that Rockstar know full well that we'll see it and think OMG MUST BUY PROPERTEES NAAAAOOOO!!!

I love the third property option,now I finally have enough space to get the Stallion,Dukes and Blista Compact when I transfer to new gen.

I have Richards Majestic 51(chopper motorcycles and hotrod cars),Weazel Plaza 70(vintage American cars)and Tinsel Towers 42(vintage European and Japanese cars)with my primary character and Tinsel Towers 42(modern cars of various classes),Alta Street 57(sport bikes and F&F replica tuner cars)and Murrieta Heights 10 car garage(modern cars of various classes)with my secondary character.

Try Paleto if you already have a property in LS and like to spread out. You're near a mod shop, ammunation nation and a helipad. And best of all its less people there.

I have Weazel 101. That's where I live. The garage is filled with my favorites like Turismo, Sabre Turbo, hard top Banshee and Bagger. I have all 5 Grottis in there. I try to do 9 cars and a bike in each garage. Next up is Unit 2 Poplar Street. That's with crew vehicles like MW Mesa, Sandking, Dubsta 6X6 and Innovation. Last one will be a racing garage with the best racer in each class like Dominator for muscle, Akuma or Bati for bikes, probably Massacro for sports and stuff like that. Will be nice when it's filled and fully modded. Anyone know what cars are best in each class? Do we have a list somewhere?

 

 

Weazel 101 is no longer available to buy so keep that apt as long as possible. I'm mad I ever moved out lol.

I'm thinking similiarly. Until the last update, my first character had a Paleto Bay property and one of the Richards Majestic apartments while the second had both houses in Paleto that had the six car garages.

 

With the third property I'm likely going to have both Paleto Bay houses and a downtown apartment. Not sure I'll be able to fill the spaces, lol. I've been reducing cars, not adding them.

 

Having the extra 10 car may be handy for uh, let's just say money making techniques.

 

Edit: Also, don't forget that with the ability to put extra cars into "storage" if you move from a 10 car to a 6 car, the issue of lost cars is gone. My Paleto houses have 6 in the garage and 4 in storage. Pretty easy to swap 'em out if you decide to move one out of storage.

I had it before but at that time, the garage capacity issue make me have to go back to town again.

6 is fine, now I can sort my cars into different garage

I spent over $3 mil last night buying two new apartments (replaced my garage with Tinsel Towers and got Weazel Plaza) along with buying and fully upgrading and modding all the new cars. Incredibly excited about this. I've been wanting to get some new cars but unwilling to get rid of something else, and the option for another ten cars is just want I needed. Thank you Santa, Christmas came early!!!

I fully understand it's just a value, could be a value that was forgotten about. Or it COULD be dormant. Eitherway you don't know for sure, do you? They've made stupid decisions that didn't make sense in the past, nothing is stopping them from making some more.
