Anyone else excited about 3 properties now?

I for one am very excited. Hell, I don't even know what should be my third property. Anywho, discuss, now that we can have three properties, what'll you do?

Tinsel 45, RM 4, Alta 10. Took a few hours to add 10 more cars and actually sort the garages in a strategic manner. Switched from Weazel to Tinsel in order to have a garage closer to both the Dubsta spawn and LSC.

Yes and No.

 

I am not going to rush out and fill it, but I now have all 3 Del Pierro Apartments (a truly peaceful residence) and an empty 10 Car Garage waiting for something.

 

To bad I sold my Coquette the day before the Update. I can not stand it but could have relegated it to my 3rd Garage.

I added Integrity Way to Eclipse and Alta properties on one character and Dicks Majestic to my Del Poro and Eclipse properties on the other.

 

Now I'm re-arranging my vehicles and buying new ones

 

I'll have them full and will be whining for a 4th property by Christmas

I own one of the Alta Street apartments, the 6 car garage near Fort Zancudo, and today I bought a 10 car garage in East LS near the LSC. It's full of Ballers now.

Very excited - I already have two 10-car garages:

Weazel Plaza Apt. 101.

Unit 2 Popular Street.

And now, another 10-car garage. Located near the LS Customs at the airport. In that garage I have:

Rat loader, Rat-Truck, Slamvan, White Romero Hearse and a black Romero Hearse.

All of mine are at Del Perro Heights, apt's 4, 7 and 20.
I feel like i own the entire building, and its in a good location thats far enough away from mass carnage but close enough to all the places i need like clothes, guns and a custom shops.
Also, nice view of the beach and sunset.

It's a pretty great part of the update.

 

I have the Sandy Shores safehouse, the house in Vinewood Hills and some highlife apartment in the city.

 

I like having one of each the interiors (except the normal high end one, which I don't care for anyways). My garages aren't even full so I'm good on car space for now.

I've actually been finding it hard to find anything I wanna have in there honestly. And of course the car I've been hunting for hours(Penumbra) is nowhere to be found >.> I wanna mod one of those bitches up.

 

I got a first gen Cavaclade chillin' in my garage with no mods, not sure if I wanna trick it out or just sell it off.. Needless to say, the 3rd garage has given me some new purpose, lol.

The third garage is much appreciated. My two other 10 car garages were full and I didnt want to downgrade to a 6-car and lose some "real world" slots, with the ability to own a third property I bought me a nice 6-car garage in blaine county.
