I have exact the same problem wit the 4th street race on my ps4, I am at 98% and need only the two races to win (and win golf) to 100% completion, I have send them already a ticket 11 days ago but no answer till now, I am glad I am not alone with this problem and I hope they fix that soon,

I'm now at 99.3%, the three remaining races are all I have left to do for 100%. This feels kind of crappy that I can't get 100%.

They've replied back that my "case has been escalated to the proper department." I assume that means they're going to fix it.

I´m at about 70 % at the moment, but I decided to stop my next gen playthrough till this problem is solved. I don´t want to rely on them to solve this problem quickly and then be stucked at 98 or 99 % because they rather fix Online stuff and give the SP fans the finger again.

 

In the meantime I´ll start a IV & EFLC playthrough and continue with my V next gen playthrough when this problem is fixed. And if it takes longer, there´s still RDR.

I realised that Rockstar send pretty much only automated replies to our support requests. I got 5 mails on my ticket, all from other "employees" (Martha K, Silvester G, Murray B (the rapper?, etc) Even if i reply just with a "Thanks" i get a answer like:

Thank you for contacting R* Support. We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulties progressing in GTA V Story Mode. There are some troubleshooting steps you can take that have worked for others with similar issues:

• Taking a cab ride, and then choosing the “skip” option, which forces a load screen has been known to resolve some progression blocks.
• Uninstall and re-install the update.
• Try disconnecting the network cable and then re-inserting the cable.
• Try rebooting the console.
• Load a previous save
• Save your game data in a new game slot (load the save file and use the “Quick Save” option to force a save to a new slot. After this is completed, load the new save)
• Also try connecting to GTA Online in Solo Mode, and immediately after getting in, return to Story Mode, or saving to another slot in GTA Online and then returning to Story Mode.
• Uninstall and reinstall the game.

Some players haven’t realized that certain missions are only available when playing as certain characters. This has most commonly been reported around Surveying the Score, Bury the Hatchet, and Deep Inside. It may happen elsewhere too. Try playing as all three characters for a while to see if the mission opens up. In some cases, missions will only appear after a certain amount of in-game time, so also try doing other activities for a while. Some missions are triggered by phone calls and those might not arrive when you are in certain locations, so be sure to not stay in the same spot if you are waiting for a call. We recommend consulting a guide such as the Brady Guide (http://www.bradygames.com/promotions/promotion.aspx?promo=139300).

If you have tried all the suggestions above and cannot get more missions to appear, you may have a corrupt save file. This may happen for a number of reasons, including on rare occasions when applying a Title Update. If you think you may be affected by this issue, please reload a previous save file from before applying the TU. Unfortunately there is no way to fix save files once they are corrupted. However, we are continuing to look into any workarounds that may be possible. Tried everything in that damn post from R* and nothing worked. I'm 75 hours in with 99.52% done. I REFUSE to restart the entire game for two piddly little street races that should work.

I'm doing Michael and Trevor's S&F missions while I wait. And trying to get the Kraken. Can't tell a Chicken-Hawk from a penguin when the birds are flying around, so these are rough for me. At least there's other stuff to do in the interim.

They are not really helpful, after I said that these first troubleshoottings steps didn't work they send me now sony's troubleshooting steps (booting up in safe mode, update system software, restore default settings bla bla bla), but my ps4 works fine and all other games so its definitely not ps4 issue,

I will start playing tommorow from beginning (only) to see if this problem is still there, if not ours save files are corrupt and we are screwed ;(

I'm pissed. I'm gonna send them a ticket and I'll them to stop giving useless replies and that they need to stop trying to say it's because of our settings. It's they're fault and this is going on for a long time and they need to patch it now. They only care about online where people play Call of Duty with each other and only care about killing.

The street races are still not showing up for most people. We all received the message from Hao and we look for it at the right time while playing Franklin. The internet is full of people who have this problem and you all received lots of tickets and only reply with the same automatic copy/paste answers that has nothing to do with the problem. It's not about our settings and has nothing to do with our PS4. Taxi rides and putting the save in another slot won't help. It's and in-game bug and this is happening for a very long time now. It's you guys that need to fix it, not us. Patch it or something. I love all of your games but it's disappointing when I pay 60 bucks for the games and things like this happen when you can't take the support seriously.

 

I bet they still reply with a bullsh*t answer now or even ignore this one.
