The Statue of Happiness and Base 5 shirts had already been dropped in special crate drop couple of days back and I don't think they would drop again in near future.

 

As for the Emotion 98.3 and beer hats drops, there's still a chance for that to happen.

I don't think so, judging by the amount of special tees that R* has yet to offer in the special crate drop for this time. Emotion 98.3 is just one of them. They still have Fever 105, KDST, KJAH, Bounce FM (just mentioning some) to offer. That doesn't include beer hats and new special tees (if R* has made any).

 

I really hope that I'm wrong this time.
