Got mine for my male during the Independence Day Update and it transferred over. My female doesn't have one though.

Strange. Why are your beer hats at the top of the list of Special Hats? Mine are at the bottom of the list under the Independence Day ones.

 

 

Items are in reverse order on the PS4/Xbox One edition of the game...R* logic at work somewhere...

Not me, but then again, only the Blarney's ever turned up for me, not the J-Lager.

 

As for today, I've gotten two Benedict's beer hats so far, nothing else.
