Haha, I just got a really easy one in a pretty full session, even though I triggered a gang attack when it dropped. After I got it, I see a helicopter coming in. It turns out to be some dude in a Cargobob who's in passive that I buzzed a little earlier in an attempt to clear the sky prior to the drop. He keeps coming, so I decide to see what he does. He ends up drilling into my Buzzard with his Cargobob, blowing up my copter! The dude must have been really pissed lol

Picked up a crate at 6:27 CT which contained a Victory Fist shirt...kind of disappointed but understand why it happened. Joined a new session which was me and another player, other player immediately left, i went outside to drive a bit and got a 3 hour notification. Quick grabbed a helicopter, right as I lifted off the crate was inbound. Snatched it no problem with no one else in the lobby!

I will. I've just ran into all manner of BS within the first hour of trying for this shirt, and was already unhappy about not getting it with all the crate drops from the San Andreas event, just lots of Bounce FM.

Got it now. I flew in my buzzard and after killing off the NPCs I landed and grabbed the crate.

Afterwards I decided to rob the two stores near where it landed and some sore loser decided to blast me with the homing missile as I started to leave. xD

I'm on XB1, I haven't gotten the shirt yet but we could take turns. I've been having trouble connecting to public lobbies that are actually full so if you're still interested i'm down for it.

My primary character is rank-200+ but my other character (my "main") is only 133. I don't care about his wardrobe, so if I miss a shirt/hat/bag for him I'm fine, but the 5000RP (and the $5k is nice, too) makes it worthwhile to keep crate-hunting with him. I'd just like to get him to rank-135 to unlock that 10th body armor storage. He's also gotten 16 crates, so 9 more for the award and bonus RP.

Took me 3 attempts to get this one, although it was incredibly satisfying when I finally landed it. A high ranking crew of 3 couldn't co-ordinate themselves and in I nipped for the goodies at Maze Plaza. Oh the rage that followed.

See, you get it. 5000RP is quite a lot these days...it's take you almost 3 missions to get that (2 if they're really good). I'm about to crack 475, but I still like to rank up...what else am I going to do? lol

Anyway....

Maze Bank... that's the Thunderdome of drop zones. Jets and helicopters lose their advantage when anyone in the city with at least a motorized scooter can get to the circle before the crate drops. That's where I see "pilot was spooked" messages the most
