GTA Online, inventory menu doesn't open anymore.

Ok this just happened to me today. I sold a baller at LSC and when I came back out to 'request personal vehicle' the menu just wouldn't pop up.

The only thing I still have, and I had this since the option was introduced, is that the game forgets that I don't want my character to put a helmet on when he goes on a bike. Every new game session I have to press the interaction meny again for the option to go into effect.
