Omigod I just noticed that the Elf Hat has a bell that jingles when you walk or run . A search shows that it was in last year's event also, but it's still cool. It's especially jingly in first-person through headphones.

I doubt it. If they were that close to getting them ready they could have set a date. I dont expect it before february.

It just means R* consider to the 5th January a reasonable length of time to keep the X-mas Content in Place. The unfortunate thing being it is completely gone and not just gone for those who haven't purchased it during the Event Period.

 

As for Heists, from the R* Q&A:

 

"We aren't ready to give an official release date yet, but we are confident they will be ready early in 2015"

Does anyone else not like the homing missile launcher? It was hard enough to fly in aircraft before with buzzards and jets in the sky, but now people on the ground can take you out as well. And I swear most people that use the launcher use it for simply trolling and grieving.
