back in november i had a hearse without casket, i found it while in a solo session at the church in paleto bay.

 

people in the session having one or going around driving one would increase the chances of spawn but im sure the hearse would eventually spawn even if no other hearse is present in the session.

maybe something changed in the game, this was back in november 2013, i actually got it spawn all by itself.

 

when to the church, switched session a couple times and baam there it was!

 

 

i had it for a couple days then i sold it, later someone gifted me a chromed one with the casket.
