Best Captures on ps3/ps4

Hey Creators / Reviewers,

 

Just thought I'd make a topic for you to share with me some of the best Captures you've come across, the mode whilst not perfect is in some ways the least appreciated mode. I really hope Rockstar works on it , to improve the amount of weapons and ammo, the dynamics so that you can return your own bag and add the ability to randomise the spawning location of capture objectives.

 

I thought along the way I could also share with you some of the best one's I've come across and have enjoyed playing with the crew.

um.......why on earth would anyone want capture objects to spawn randomly?

 

How are you supposed to design a capture map if you don't know where the capture object is going to be??

 

 

Right now one of the biggest issues with captures is the damn objects are spawning in other-than-intended locations.

i guess ill start with a few of my favorites ive played and throw in my 2 favorite ive made

 

BasketHead - GTA_Fan_82 - use pantos as basketballs in this basketball themed capture, very amusing highly rated personal favorite

 

Cops And Crooks - Zorfukker (Zorvaine) (sorry.. i had to lol) - best set to at least 2 rounds, play as the cops with unlimited lives and stop the crooks or play as the crooks and make the delivery without being stopped

 

GTA Ninja Warrior - RealHoosier07 - Make it through the obstacle course, stealth mode helps best played with friends as a non violent game

 

The Walking Dead - Me - Fend off zombies as you search for the packages (more intense in free aim)

 

Junkyard Wars - Me - Find the parts in the junkyard before the other team, or steal them after they find them

 

Personally i feel that capture mode is a creators best friend, yes it can be buggy, but in the end its worth it. Very under rated part of the game, and unfortunately its hard to fill capture job lobbies

I feel flattered that people refer to me to send their untested captures to me.

 

Anyhow, if I were to share one of my favorites, I'd definitely recommend "The Music Video Shoot" by one of my r/GTAContent amigos, I also enjoyed his Road Rage creation, it's pretty asymmetrical, not sure if you're in to those kind of captures though.

I have played both Zorvaine's intelligient CnC recreation, and the Panto basketball one Good recommendations

 

Will need to try the Ninja Warrior one, sounds quite unique.

A capture that differs a bit is

Elvira, Mistress of Dark

 

Elvira Siebenschoen is by far the most powerful lady of all LS redlight branches. She loves to ridicule her concurrents too. Like today when she blocked access to your most valuable classic cars! Elvira is an expert in witchcraft, so be prepared!

Here's a nice PS4 addition to the list:

 

Sandy Ridge by NeoHenderson (originally called "Sand in my bag")

 

 

It's a good 4v4 Player vs. Player and Environment capture with bitchin' atmosphere to it, should always be played with the rain and night settings. For some strange reason I played this about 4 days ago with a group of 1v1 and then 3v2, but they haven't registered on the amount of plays for some reason, but I assure you it's not a 1 quatillion ca$h and RP map.

Set up as a capture but meant to perform as a vehicle deathmatch. Respawns in Buzzard.
