New Stuff For Free Roam Or Just Heists?

So we all know how in SP there were heist based vehicles you couldn't use in free roam. With the Hunter, Hydra, APC Tank and all coming to GTAO do you think they will be mission only based or in free roam aswell. Kind of worried about this tbh

My best guess would be to say that it's mostly going to be available in Free Roam but I'm sure we'll be limited to some things. Really hoping for that aircraft carrier though...
