Better Missions

I know that heists have now been confirmed, and they should keep us busy for a while.

 

However, I do feel that we need some better missions. The current ones are all very easy (yes even on hard), and the odd time that you get a decent mission with a bit of creativity involved its never as fun as it should be because of how easy it is. (Okay I know a large portion of the community are children who are all about instant gratification and not being challenged, but surely some of us want proper missions?)

 

I would love some genuinely challenging missions with better story behind them and more creativity involved. I am not sure that heists are really the perfect answer either because lets face it heists=get crew, drive to bank, kill a load of guards, drive to save house, mission complete, roll around in money. Fun, but I just know they are not going to be challenging, and the process is going to be so simplistic.

 

I think Rockstar should cater to the 18+ (or preferably 21+) crowd for a change, who agrees?

Did you not watch the new trailer and read all the info on how heists are going to work? They're going to be far more complicated and story driven than what you are describing.

No I didn't, thanks for that. Even so, I don't think that we should have to rely solely on heists filling the large gaping whole (ooo innuendo) that a lack of quality missions has created.

3. You're talking about heists, like seriously... today is the day you decide to talk about better missions that are more in depth and have better story?...?... But not heists...

20 hours of extended gameplay, that might I add, will be 100% free DLC, seems large enough to me.

20 hours for 4 players = 5 hrs per player

I think we need more basic missions. Perhaps even ordinary jobs like flying important cargo without damaging it and getting it there in a set time.

i don't think OP was here when gerald was giving 500$ a mission

 

on topic los santos connection, hit em up and stocks and scars are some of the more creative missions

I'd be happy if they would get rid of player minimums and make all missions soloable. That would open up a few more fun missions.

 

You can kind of choose the difficulty with how you choose to complete the mission. Take a Buzzard = easy, take a BMX and pistol = hard.

 

I'm always in for new missions though and do find a lot of the missions quite easy.
