New ways of transport AND new cars to be transported in!

Features

Bus Company (WIP)

All protagonists can purchase this, available at the Dashound Bus Centre. While he cannot change the routes, he can manage bus prices and frequency. He can also be granted free bus rides with a buss pass. Weekly Income: Figures are flexible, depending on number of riders and ticket price. Example: Week A: 21000 riders $5 tickets. $105000. Maintenance and fuel cost effects WIP. Prices also effect the number of riders, because who's going to ride a bus which is $1,000,000.

Bus Rides (WIP)

At the very start of the game, characters can use the cities bus system around the city, and Dashound buses on routes to Chumash, Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores. Prices are at a default $5 (WIP, can be changed by the player when B.C. depot owned).

Routes (Example): Dashound Centre - Los Santos International. Stops: Strawberry, LSIA Parking Lot

Dashound Centre - Chumash. Nonstop.

Some routes, such as DC-LSIA could be non-stop, while others may have stops. (Non-stop and stop frequencies and stops can be managed by the player)

Air Routes (WIP)

Once Trevor gets the Sandy Shores airstrip, and at some point into the game, a proposal will come in from one or more of 4 airlines; FlyUS, Air Herler, Myfly or Air Emu asking permission to commence once daily rotations between LSIA and Sandy Shores. The aircraft used would be a Shamal, and ticket prices vary for airline;

FlyUS: $42

Air Herler: $40

Myfly: $65

Air Emu: $52

Prices WIP. Characters may purchase tickets outside LSIA T4, or outside the gas station by Sandy Shores Airstrip. Trevor will receive 5% of the profits of each airline, depending on each airlines popularity. Simply having one airline, like Myfly may earn you hard solid cash from it's pricey flights, however having two cheap airlines competing may not be bad either. Flying is a quicker choice over bus, driving or on the train. Airlines may also withdraw if the player destroys too many of the flights, or if there is too much competition, and is simply not profitable.

Trains (WIP)

Passenger trains to Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores is another option. It will not cost as much as flying, however is much slower, however may be more expensive but smarter than bus. Map changes may have to be added as a station must be placed by Paleto Bay, and a station could be placed on the tracks near Sandy Shores Hospital, and a station could be placed near Strawberry, or outside LS. Tickets are at fixed prices, and no character may purchase tickets.

LS - Paleto: $40

LS - SS (Stop at Paleto): $50

SS - LS: $30

Paleto - SS: $38

Manage the Taxi Company (WIP)

After Franklin purchases the Downtown Cab Company, he may manage it. He may update the fleet, replacing X% of the fleet with X 4-door car, such as 50% of the Vapid Fleet with, for example, Declasse Premier. Limo's, however, will not be able to be chosen. This makes a 50/50 chance of seeing a Premier or Vapid cab when called, and the price of replacing may affect next few weeks profits.

He may also downsize the fleet, making a chance of not having a cab available when called, or making one on the streets a bit rare. This may effect the profits, and a random event when taxi demand is low may lower the need, so downsizing is needed. Options such as storing the cars OR stripping them from their taxi colours and putting them up as rental cars until demand rises are options, or just selling them. He could also add more cars. Car models chosen will also have varied price. He can also chose areas to place taxis driving around, where there is significant demand.

Car Dealership (WIP)

3 Dealerships, one in LS, one in SS and one in PB can be bought by Franklin, each for around $350k. He can manage it by placing orders for cars, putting on prices, and can set up rental wings of each dealership. Weekly income depends on the popularity of the cars and the dealership. Repo missions will pop up.

Example, if charts show the Vapid Radius gaining popularity, it would be a smart choice to order batches, and set them at high prices, especially at the peak of popularity.

Estúpido Turista Air Tours

Just by where the Blimp at LSIA is parked, Estúpido Turista Air Tours offers the three great services: The Los Santos County Blimp Tour, the Blaine County Blimp Tour or the Pan-County Blimp Tour. Just ignore the pedophiliac pilot, and make sure you keep your children are far far away from him.

Times: LS County: 7-day 7:00am to 7:00pm. $30

Blaine County: Mon-Sat 7:00am to 5:00pm. $45

Pan-County: Saturday 7:00am to 7:00pm $80

I don't normally go for this sort of thing but this is pretty damn impressive.

I really like the idea of using the bus (why isn't this in the game already?) and purchasing the bus company, although all of the protagonists should be able to purchase the company. It shouldn't just be restricted to Franklin who I can hardly be arsed with. The car dealership is a great idea for him however. It begs the question why they didn't have him take over Simeon's business.

Again with passenger trains, why isn't this already a feature? It would be a nice switch up for when you're heading north of the map.

Not so sure about how well the air routes would work, but I think how you've implemented it with the airlines is fantastic. Something you could maybe consider are air tours. Going up in an air balloon or something.

You should add the Albany Esperanto to your vehicles. It was a fleet car after all. :p First thing I'd do is swap out the Stanier cabs for it.

Weapons? .44 Magnum. Because Taxi Driver.
