[NG] NPC Cars spawn when playing alone in Non-Public Lobbies are messe

im having this problem on New Gen on PS4, i dont know if im the only one but i assume that im not since it seems pretty much a technical issue.

Car spawns are not working like it should when you play GTAO alone or with just a few people in non public lobbies .

all this happens in Free Roam, heres what happens...

 

when you spawn in a area lets say, in the rich area of the city, your NPC spawn will be set to the cars that supposed to spawn in that area like , Ballers,Dubstas etc... the problem is, lets say youy go to the docks or the hood , the spawn doesnt change it still pratically spawns the same group of cars as if you were in the place were you joined the session.

 

i notice if you go out of GTAO in the hood for example and come back to the game the cars will change drastically to the ones you should see in the hood, this also works if you go into an activity or anything else that makes the game reset your online session and reset the car spawns.

 

anyone else having a problem with this? someone else noticed it?

 

TL;DR : NPC Cars Spawn only displays the cars from the area were you first joined the session and do not change as you change the area.....that means spawns only the same cars for a whole session
