Hello again I have 2 questions:

 

1. How to increase the level of the water, and how to "add" water to the game. Is it possible to do this using Map Editor?

2. What is the name of program that sets any camera angle during the cutscenes? I would ask for download.

1. Try reading this documentation on water.dat. There are tools out there that change the water level, just do a google search for 'gta sa water level' and you'll find a few good links on the first page. Haven't tested any of them personally myself though.

 

2. I presume that cutscene camera angels are controlled through the SCM? .. I could be wrong though.

Mo-cap cutscenes have camera controlled by cutscene's .dat file inside cutscene.img. Though I'm ont aware of any programs which can edit them.

No, no, no, no, no you don't understand me ;p I mean a program / cleo mod, so that I could change any cutscene camera at any time, you know?

I looked today and I found program to change the water level, and this is not it. What I need is the editor so that I can add water, eg. to the square pool.

Use notepad, and read the documentation I posted above.

You don't need an 'editor' to be able to edit a simple .dat file. Notepad is more than sufficient.

There are probably coordinates, but I can't comprehend it. Anyway, check it out.
