Quickest Way To Get Bounty Placed On Your Head?

Been bored as of late so I car jack people to get a bounty put on me and have players try and chase me to get the bounty. Makes the game fun when there is nothing to do plus pisses off the people who attempt to get the bounty but can't catch me lol- NOW, some people do catch me, when that happens, I start car jacking again until another one is placed on me. I've tried the method of just asking someone in the lobby to put a bounty on me, some do, but most won't cause they don't want to even waste their precious $1,000.00

 

So i'm asking, what is the quickest way to have a bounty placed on you without car jacking or asking other players to do so?

f*ck with someone that are Ranked between 30 and 60, they usually don't have the skills or Weapons to beat you so they'll go with a Bounty.

Leave people alone that are under 30 unless they really mess with you or are running mods and lag switch, that's when it's ok to grief.

Place a bounty on the highest ranked person in the room...chances are they won't bother chasing you and can afford the price to go tit for tat.

kill a level 300+

 

ask everybody in the lobby, usually works.

 

send a mugger on someone.

I just f*ck with everyone hoping they place a bounty on me lol...If you're over Lvl 80 and picking on players under 30 that's just being a DB.

I'll admit, I am 29 and hadn't picked up a controller since 2005, when I started playing and up until Lvl 30 I was almost clueless and tried to hang in there. Having some high ranking douche spawn grief you for 20mins isn't fun.
