Private Plates - 2nd Character Issue

I currently have a newly developed issue with personal plates on GTA Online, I am not

sure if its linked to the plate scramble issue when transferring characters over to the Ps4

or not but I don't think so.

 

Background:

 

Characters transferred on 19 November 2014. Plates scrambled on both characters on this

date.

 

Begin playing online as my Slot 1 character on this date and fixed all plates for 2nd garage.

 

Just moved onto my second character and have redone all the plates for the cars I brought

over for the PS3.

 

The Problem:

 

Bought four new cars and stole one off the street for my 2nd character and I cannot apply

the private plate to them. I go to Los Santos Customs apply the plate to my car and it

comes up with a random plate.

 

So my first step was to go to the Ifruit app and try to submit a new order through it to

reapply the plate but I can't do that because the Ifruit app isn't recognising my details

just now so waiting for a password reset.

 

However I don't believe that is the solution as the plate appears to apply correctly

to everything else, so anyone any ideas or experienced this.

Did you try resending the plate via The IFruit app...

 

Go online and resend the app and wait til you see the message that your order is ready than go to LSC and see if that works

Yes, the Ifruit ap now appears to have sent the plate through to the game again

so this can be considered resolved.

I don't have the "my plate" option for my second character at LSC...!

 

Have requested plate reset anyway so hoping this is approved & I can them apply to both characters.

Havin similar issues gone to ps4 and now my private plate is missing .. Even if I go to I fruit app order, change background ..on order form it says Platform: PS3...stumped can't get it to reconnect and inform it of upgrade somehow.. Not much help goin about niether!!

Sign out of the app and sign back in, It should reregister itself

Make sure you are sending the order from the Ifruit Ap to your PS4 characters.

 

I will have to check the app at home but I seem to remember when I went in it had seprate entries

for the PS3 and PS4 games and you had to change it to the PS4 if sending the order for PS4.
