You're claiming we have bad taste when you just posted a modern GTO? Nothing American from the early 00's is sexy. Nothing. They're all crummy, unreliable, plastic filled pieces of crap. Fun and comfy or not, they're sh*t. I'm glad they've gotten with the times and now make badass cars like the C7 Corvette and 2015 Mustang GT now.

Seeing as the point of this thread, which has derailed into another "wish from the past" thread, is to be about suitable vehicles for heists, I have a couple ideas. Typically, you either look for something fast an agile, such as those 4-seater sedans usually made by Audi and Mercedes. Personally, I prefer to take an American route. A vehicle with lots of room to hold the loot (persons or things), a drive train that can handle multiple types of terrain, large enough to plow through most obstacles, and enough power to attain a high rate of speed and momentum under pressure. Of course, a vehicle already exists for such a purpose in the game: the Bravado Greseley (sp?). However, I would like to see its older version, in fact similar to the model I own and drive in real life. The 2003 Dodge Durango. It has the mass and power to overtake and move our mobile flashing obstacles that would try to take us down, plenty of space to hold loot, and an AWD drive train with strong suspension to take to the dirt, even with thousands of pounds of gold in the back.

 

TL;DR: a classic or older version of the Bravado Greseley.

Well,I don´t know is there a point in making a wishlist or speculation since the Heists DLC trailer already showed most if not all the vehicles that will be in the DLC,but I think some tough,fast and well handling 4-door car would be perfect for heists and cop chases.I would also like an APC form TBOGT to return,but I don´t think it will,at least not in this DLC.

Also,since some people mentioned Honda Civics used in truck heists in the first F&F movies,I hope that there will be truck heists like those in game,it would be awesome to hijack a big rig.

I think most people are missing the point of a heist car. It has to be practical, agile and faster than police cars. This means it has to be a sedan/saloon. An obvious candidate would be something along these lines...

Another way of looking at a heist vehicle would be the robust type, i.e SUV or van. These vehicles offer a heavier load that can smash through police roadblocks etc. as well as having the space in the back for some heavy hardware. A minigun placed in the back of a panel van would be op but great.

I'm not missing the point at all. The perfect heist cars would be one of these 3:

Agreed. They don't even have to give us a new Comet, they could just give us a 4-door Pfister based on the Panamera and 991 and we'd all be happy. That would be badass... unless they skimp on the performance. Rockstar has the tendency to give the sedans lesser performance than the sports cars because their minds are still stuck in the early 00's and they haven't realized that a lot of German performance sedans can whip a lot of sports car's asses.
