Shouldn't the guns on the Annililater do double the dame of the Buzzard guns, seeing Buzzard has 2 whereas Annililater has 4?

I've taken on Jets with my Buzzard and have won quite a few times.

The technique or rather the trick is to use your surroundings to your advantage, and when I mean surroundings I mean the sky scrapers that tower the city. Use them for cover. What I do is hide behind them as the jet is flying towards me, and when it goes past you fire rockets. You then have to go behind the building or to the other side of the building that is not directly facing the jet to counter it.

This process can take a lot of time to succeed but has helped me take down jets. If you do it right the jet won't ever get a look in, but its hard to consistently keep moving behind the building so the jet can't use the EXBULLETS as well as positioning yourself so you can quickly fire when it goes past.

Obviously try and use sky scrapers that are long in width, also how well this works depends on if you stay in cover most of the time and any mistake you make will be punished by the jet; if the skills of the jet pilot aren't the best then you may get lucky if you make the odd mistake.

What if the pilot isn't an idiot, and just comes straight down on you?

ah , this guy is example of gunship expert

gunship experts ( buzzard or annihilator ) are guaranteed 100% able take down jets without much of effort , same goes tank engineer master .

was there besra experts up there to " knife " Lazer jets ?

I am more concerned with better ground weapons.

An anti air lock on rocket launcher would do the trick, have it only lock on to jets though

Desync is the best weapon to use against a jet.

I would say that was luck really,an experienced pilot would have demolished you fast

skip ahead to 2:30

Your link reminded me of this..

http://gta.wikia.com/Combat_Sniper

this is what the game needs..this would be an excellent anti jet

That's like comparing the strength of diarrhea vs a fart.

I was in a session flying a laser minding my own business a buzzard w/bounty follows me trying to shoot me down good pilot he almost got me twice but i kept dodging and only used rockets shoot him down and got bounty its kinda hard when they stay still, true story

I almost didn't believe you, but then you reassured me it was a true story. Cool story bro.

the buzzard miniguns are great, when you know how to use them you can easily bring down another chopper. but i don't think they should become stronger to take out jets. with some well shot sniper shots you can take down a jet.

Implying anyone can aim the helicopter guns with GTA V's heli controls/physics

Also implying sniping a jet is an everyday thing. I want video proof that you can normally take one out while the jet is griefing you in 3 deaths or less (even though you never said you could).

But you can... Its called practice. Should everything require no skill to use? Edited by SimpleJack_420

a heli stands no chance.

I beg to differ.heli stands no chance. Deathmatch with two experienced pilots, heli will die more. I can't remember ever being taken down by a buzzard. I've been taken down more by rocket launchers on foot than by buzzards.

An experienced Lazer pilot will take out a Buzzard every time, no problem. A Buzzard cant look straight up or straight down, that is its weakness vs the jet. Anytime a Buzzard is encountered while piloting a Lazer you should immediately gain altitude, position yourself right above the choppy and drop vertical down on top of it. No chance. Plus dodging missiles in the jet is a cake walk, the buzzard can be trickier to dodge with.
