ringtone7
I'm very impressed with how terrible the servers have been lately in GTA. So much so that I finally got fed up with it and started playing in invite only sessions. Suddenly, poof! Load times are nothing now! I don't have to worry about weirdos in free roam or dummies destroying the objective in missions. I just do everything solo or with a few buddies. I suggest trying it out if you want to have a smooth game experience,it woks great!
Phantomspirit
Same here buddy,I started playing invite only when I started on PS4,mainly because I wanted practise using the new controller, and get a feel for the new world.I find it's easy to get on everytime,no other issues at all, still join missions etc with others, but after back to the peace and quiet of free roam without Dikheads on every corner... Crawdaddy Deluxe
I don't understand how people enjoy playing totally alone or JUST with friends. Obviously it's just a preference but that sounds like I'd get lonely as f*ck. Then again not many of my friends play gta anymore and I already run a crew so I don't really wanna join a new one just to play with people. I'll just stick to my random prople that usually sabotage the mission or just grief the f*ck out of me.

Kronick I play with randoms mostly,as I just join any mission going, when in an invite lobby ,I customise and buy and sell my vehicles, visit clothes store, hairdresser etc etc...just gives you time to enjoy the world in peace, then back to the mayhem when your ready..... Players who appear to "glitch" all over your screen have very poor internet connection even though they may appear normal on their own screen. I learned long ago that your own internet speed affects loading time. Are there issues with R's servers? Yes, of course, but a big part of the problem is how fast your connection is. For example, my download speed is over 40 Mbps and I experience very little problems with loading time. Most of my issues come from R servers glitching out.
