I guess they improved the controls, such as cancelling getting in a car and being able to jump walls. The gang territory system was a good idea. (although it could focused on los santos a looot more and could have like 100 missions in it first, and then the country side / other cities.) Reminds me of where I'm from, I also love the melee combat dialogue the pedestrians say when they are ready to fight or about to fight them.
