It would keep servers under control and would stop the irrational killing and would stop abuse!

i'd be more for being able to pay to host our own servers that people could select from a list - in addition to the current free roam lobbies the nthe people who want to host 'public' lobbies but with their own rules can do so. an they should only have the ability to 'ban' or kick people who don't follow their rules but it should only apply to their paid/specific server beyond that it would just be alot of abuse to give 'admin' to random people. its better when everyone has their own place to hang out.
