Gta 5 Can't Connect To Session With Other Players(Xbox one)

I just got gta 5 yesterday but I can't seem to connect to a session with other players every time i join a session it just takes me to a solo session, once every 10 trys i might be able to get to a lobby with like 3 people.

my ports are open and i have upnp on.

Could anyone help or give me a solution to this please?

Hard reset your console and try again.

Hard resetting the console:

1. quit the game you're playing

2. hold power button on the console for 5-10 seconds until it shuts off

3. turn back on.

 

Other than that it could be your NAT being set to strict or your internet connection
